Big 6

In this first lesson, you'll learn the Big 6 lymphatic drainage sequence — a simple yet powerful practice designed to support the natural flow of lymph throughout the body. The lymphatic system plays an important role in moving excess fluid, waste products, and immune cells. Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a pump, which means it relies on movement, breathing, and muscle contractions to help it flow efficiently. I recommend practising this sequence once a day. I like morning, but you can do it any time it suits your schedule. Remember more doesnt mean better! Observe Yourself ALWAYS! It is important to follow the sequence step by step and always begin at the left collarbone area. This is where the body's largest lymphatic vessel, the thoracic duct, returns lymphatic fluid back into the bloodstream. By creating space here first, you help prepare the system for drainage from the rest of the body.
