Barbora is a soulful yoga teacher and self love guide with over 400 hours of training across multiple disciplines. Having shared her heart and wisdom with hundred of students, she blends all these threads into a cozy, loving space where self love is truly lived. For me, this journey began when I realised I spent so long living in my head, not truly feeling my feelings. Movement helped me reconnect with my body. As I learned to tune in and treat myself with kindness, my confidence grew. Now I love helping other woman find that same gentle path to self love.
